The Client

North Oxfordshire Heating is a new commercial heating company based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The people behind it are not new. The directors and senior team have spent years in national gas and heating businesses, working with schools, NHS sites, offices and estates teams.

When they set up on their own, they wanted to look established from day one so that facilities managers and public sector buyers would take them seriously.

The Brief

North Oxfordshire Heating asked Agilita Digital to create a brand and website that reflected who they really are. Experienced, commercial, safe to use and easy to contact.

They needed:

  • A modern, credible identity that would work on the web, paperwork, vans and PPE

  • A website that was simple to update in-house

  • Messaging that talked to schools, colleges and commercial sites

  • A fast route to being found locally for heating and gas services

  • Some early marketing support, so the launch did not fall flat

Speed mattered. They wanted to start trading and have something they were proud to send people to, not a holding page.

The Solution

We started with the brand. Several routes were presented and refined with the founders until we had a mark and colour palette that felt technical without being cold. The brand pack included logo variants, clear space rules, colours, type and favicon, so everything that followed matched.

At the same time, we planned the website structure. Services were grouped in a way that made sense to commercial buyers. We wrote copy that explained what they do, where they work and why they can be trusted, without fluff. Squarespace was chosen so the team could add news and pages themselves without needing to call a developer.

To support local visibility, we set up and optimised their Google Business Profile, ensuring contact details were consistent. Photography and vehicle livery were designed so the brand would be seen in the area and look the same offline as it did online.

After launch, we stayed close for the first few months. That meant helping with SEO basics, social posts that announced the business, press release drafting and being on hand for board-level conversations about marketing direction.
