About Agilita Digital

No-nonsense, agile digital marketing built around clear goals.

Our Story

Agilita Digital was founded in March 2025 by experienced marketer Alex Humphries.

After more than a decade working across in-house roles and digital agencies, the same frustrations kept appearing. Long plans that looked impressive on paper. Reports filled with impressions, clicks and engagement metrics that didn’t always reflect what was actually happening commercially. Activity spread across multiple channels without a clear structure behind it.

Over time, it became obvious that many businesses didn’t necessarily need more marketing. They needed clearer direction, better prioritisation and a more efficient way of working.

That thinking became the foundation of Agilita Digital.

The aim from day one has been simple: clear goals, practical delivery and steady improvement you can actually see.

Alex has worked in-house with businesses including Luscombe Suzuki & MG Leeds and The Floorstore Group, while agency-side work has included projects involving brands such as TUI, Bet365, Robert Half, Coral and KLM.

Alongside commercial marketing work, Alex has also spent several years working with professional race teams and drivers including Hawk Racing, CDH Racing and Julian McBride, supporting sponsorship, branding, content and commercial positioning within motorsport.

That experience has covered everything from established national brands through to growing SMEs, giving a clear understanding of how marketing needs to adapt depending on the size of the business, the audience, the sales process and the commercial pressures behind it.

Today, Agilita Digital works primarily with Automotive, eCommerce, Renewables and Trades businesses, while supporting established companies in other sectors where the fit is right.

The principles stay the same regardless of the project: be clear, be responsive, do what we said we’d do, and show what changed.

Experience & Approach

Experience across different sectors and business types has shaped a more commercially focused approach to marketing.

Larger organisations often bring complexity, multiple stakeholders and activity spread across different platforms and departments. Smaller businesses usually need clarity, speed and a clear understanding of where effort should sit in order to generate momentum quickly.

That balance feeds directly into how Agilita Digital operates.

The focus is on understanding what’s actually going to make a difference, prioritising activity properly and making sure everything has a defined role. SEO, paid media, content, email marketing and website experience are treated as part of the same system, not separate activities competing for attention.

Marketing also doesn’t sit in isolation. Lead handling, quote follow-up, website experience and the systems behind the scenes all affect performance. In many cases, improving results isn’t about doing more marketing, it’s about improving the structure around it.

Agile In Practice

Agilita Digital takes an agile approach to marketing, delivering faster results through greater efficiency and a clearer return on investment.

Work is prioritised based on what’s likely to have the biggest impact, then delivered in short cycles with a clear focus on test and measure. Activity is refined as performance becomes clearer, with more going into what’s working and less into what doesn’t.

There’s no focus on vanity metrics or dashboards that look impressive but don’t say much. The priority is understanding what’s actually driving enquiries, sales and growth, and building around that.

It’s a straightforward way of working that keeps activity focused, responsive and aligned to the goal.

  • “The bike enquiries came in almost straight away, and they were the right kind. Looked-after, low-mileage stock we can retail. Then the car side followed. We’ve had enquiries on Lamborghinis, McLarens, Ferraris and Astons, which we don’t normally see in that volume. It’s targeted, it’s trackable, and it’s definitely been worth doing.”

  • “We needed to look the part from day one. Agilita Digital delivered a brand that fits and a site that’s already attracting the right enquiries.”

Deb Evans, Director, North Oxfordshire Heating

  • “Chic, professional and easy to use. The eCommerce setup just works and my programmes look great. I finally feel confident the site reflects where I’m taking the business.”

Melissa Griffiths, Founder, Melissa Griffiths: Training, Coaching & Nutrition

  • “Agilita Digital gave me a brand that feels like me and a site that just works. With the web updates and clear direction, the right parents are finding me and getting in touch.”

    Claire Brooke, Founder, Stonefall Tutoring

  • “Alex understood very quickly what I needed the website to do. It’s not just an improvement in how it looks, it properly represents my story and supports where I’m taking things. The end result feels aligned, professional and genuinely useful across all areas of my work.”

Julian McBride, Professional Racing Driver & Speaker
