Agilita Digital Partners With Banbury United For 2026/27 Season
Agilita Digital has become a partner of Banbury United Football Club for the 2026/27 season, with the agile digital marketing agency’s branding now appearing on all four corner flags at The TUGO Community Stadium.
The club, nicknamed The Puritans, compete in the Southern Premier League Central, the seventh tier of the English football pyramid, and finished the 2025/26 season in a respectable 12th position. Last season saw a total of 24 competitive home fixtures played in Banbury, including two Emirates FA Cup Qualifying Round matches, with average attendances of around 560 supporters per game.
For Agilita Digital founder Alex Humphries, the partnership carries genuine personal significance.
Although now based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, Alex was born in Banbury and spent much of his early life in the Oxfordshire town, and has always maintained a strong family connection to the area. That connection made the opportunity to support Banbury United particularly special.
Commenting on the partnership, Alex said:
“Whilst I’ve been based in West Yorkshire for nearly 15 years, Banbury is still very much ‘home’ to me. The town has played a large part in my life and that of my family. My grandad spent over 40 years working in the town’s iconic General Foods factory, so when the opportunity arose to become involved in my hometown club, it was one I had to take.
“Banbury United plays a key role in the community, and being able to support that, even in a small way, genuinely means a lot to me.”
The partnership has now also been officially announced by Banbury United, with the club welcoming Agilita Digital into its sponsor community and highlighting Alex’s longstanding connection with the town.
Agilita Digital branding will remain on all four corner flags throughout a 2026/27 campaign that includes 21 home league matches, including the return of fixtures against rivals Leamington FC.
Agilita Digital is looking forward to getting behind the club over the remainder of the season and wishes Banbury United the very best for the 2026/27 campaign, with Alex hoping to get to a number of fixtures throughout the year.
Up The Puritans!
