The Client

Melissa Griffiths, known as Mel G PT, is a Berkshire-based personal trainer who helps women through menopause with strength training and nutrition.

Since 2021 she has built a loyal following through classes, one-to-one sessions and a relatable online presence.

With a move to Dubai planned for 2026, she wanted the business to work online first.

The Brief

Mel wanted a brand that felt premium and professional.

The niche around menopause support needed to be crystal clear.

She also needed a website that did the explaining for her and a simple way to sell digital programmes and recipe packs.

The tech side felt confusing, so the goal was to make everything easy to run day to day.

We refreshed the brand as Melissa Griffiths Training, Coaching & Nutrition so the offer reads clearly everywhere.

A confident teal-led identity, clean typography and a simple, flexible colour palette gave her a professional look she can use across web, social and print.

The existing Wix site was reworked so the niche is obvious in seconds. Service pages were rewritten, structure tightened and a blog added so expertise has a home.

We introduced a straightforward eCommerce setup so programmes and recipe packs can be bought and delivered without back-and-forth.

A tidy link-in-bio hub now moves people from Instagram to the right page quickly.

We created on-brand templates and PDFs for plans, and captured authentic photography at a live class so the site looks like the real thing.
