Amanda Graham Hypnotherapy is a professional and approachable hypnotherapy service based in Topcliffe, North Yorkshire. Run by fully qualified hypnotherapist Amanda Graham, the business supports individuals through a range of personal challenges – from anxiety and stress to confidence-building, weight loss, and smoking cessation.
Amanda’s approach is rooted in empathy, honesty, and a belief in real, lasting change. After years of helping clients make progress in their personal lives, she reached a point where her brand and online presence no longer reflected the depth or quality of her work.
The Brief
Amanda Graham Hypnotherapy had reached a stage where the brand and website no longer reflected the quality of service or depth of experience behind it. Amanda approached Agilita Digital for support in repositioning the business, starting with a full rebrand to better represent her personality, professionalism, and the transformational nature of her work.
Alongside the new brand identity, Amanda also needed a refreshed website that would feel more welcoming and engaging for potential clients. The existing Wix site had been poorly maintained and lacked clarity, structure, and consistency. With more people turning to digital channels to research services like hypnotherapy, it was essential that the new site made a strong first impression, offered clear information, and encouraged enquiries.
As the project developed, the scope grew to include content creation, organic social media support, and ongoing marketing strategy – all designed to build visibility, increase trust, and help Amanda reach more people in need of support.
The Solution
The project began with brand development.
We explored several logo and colour palette options, eventually settling on a calming gradient of deep blue and violet, chosen to reflect clarity, confidence, and emotional growth. The final logo combined a modern handwritten script with a clean sans-serif typeface, divided by a fine horizontal line and flanked by lotus flower icons.
The lotus flower, a symbol of renewal and personal transformation, became a subtle but powerful visual motif across the brand. We also developed full brand guidelines, including logo usage, typography, tone of voice, and colour rules, to help keep everything consistent and clear.
Once the brand was agreed, attention turned to the website.
The Website
With the brand in place, work began on rebuilding the website. The existing Wix site offered very little in terms of structure or usability, so a fresh sitemap was planned from scratch. Keyword research was carried out to help guide both structure and content, ensuring the site would be well-positioned in local search results. Every page was rewritten to reflect Amanda’s new tone of voice – calm, clear, empowering, and grounded in Yorkshire honesty.
The visual design was also completely refreshed, making use of the brand colours, gradient effects, and soft imagery to create a space that felt welcoming and supportive. Technical improvements were made across the site, and tools like Google Analytics and Search Console were set up to monitor performance.
The new site was launched with an announcement through Amanda’s social media channels, allowing her existing audience to engage with the brand refresh and see what had changed.
Ongoing Marketing Support
Following the successful relaunch, Amanda continued to work with Agilita Digital on a range of ongoing marketing activity. Organic social media support was introduced to keep her presence active and engaging, with branded templates and content ideas designed to maintain a consistent tone.
Agilita Digital also provided regular advice on content strategy and seasonal campaigns, and helped with blog planning and updates to ensure the website continued to evolve. Support was flexible and collaborative, allowing Amanda to remain focused on her clients while knowing the brand was being looked after behind the scenes.
